Radek at VFM deals with project implementation in terms of scheduling, negotiation, budgeting and administrative formalities. Radek is very meticulous in his work – he keeps his finger on the pulse to ensure that VFM investments are carried out as planned. When he encounters problems on his way, he quickly tries to deal with them and find an optimal solution.
Jarek at VFM is a site manager, he organises and supervises the execution of construction works in accordance with the construction permit, construction design and applicable laws and technical knowledge. His daily tasks include coordinating the work of all the subcontracting companies, checking the quality of the works carried out and controlling the schedule of the construction works.
