Praca w VFM pozwoliła mi odnaleźć branżę, w której czuję się dobrze i rozwijam swoje zainteresowania. Okazało się, że praca nie musi być rutyną, jeśli tylko trafi się w miejsce, które stale zapewnia nowe wyzwania i gwarantuje rozwój nie tylko zawodowy, ale i osobisty.
W codziennej pracy przydaje się otwartość, komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy zespołowej. Zespół, z którym codziennie spędzam kilka godzin w pracy sprawia, że do pracy przychodzę i wychodzę z uśmiechem – a nawet zdarza mi się za nimi zatęsknić!
Working at VFM has given me the opportunity to find a field in which I feel comfortable and develop my interests. It turned out that work doesn’t have to be a routine if only you find yourself in a place that constantly provides new challenges and guarantees not only professional, but also personal development.
Being open-minded, communicative and able to work as part of a team are useful in daily work. The team with whom I spend a few hours every day at work makes me come to work and leave with a smile – and I sometimes even miss them!
